Creative storytelling
that builds brands

Kia Ora, we're Tui Media, a video production studio that works with lifestyle and outdoor brands across Aotearoa.

Arlo Radford — Tui Media

Hey there

I'm Arlo, the founder & Creative Director here at Tui Media. I started this business when I was 15, as a way to blend my creative passion for videography with real world client projects. With four years of experience in this industry, I'm confident that I can elevate your brand through creative storytelling.

I'd love to hear from you, whether you have an idea in mind for your next project, or you just want to make a connection.

How we help

Brand Film
Your place, told properly
Brand Film

A cinematic portrait of your property, your craft, and the experience only you can offer. We film the kind of story that makes someone stop scrolling and start planning a trip — built to anchor your website and work for years.

Campaign
Season after season, channel after channel
Campaign

From a single winter hero film to a full suite of summer social cuts, we plan and deliver assets that keep your brand visible across every touchpoint. One shoot, multiple formats — ready to run.

Event & Launch
The moment, made permanent
Event & Launch

A harvest dinner, a new suite opening, a guided experience worth remembering — we document it without getting in the way. What comes back is a film that puts guests and partners right back in the room.

Why Tui Media

Story first, camera second

We don't turn up with gear and start shooting. We start by understanding what you need this video to actually do, then build the entire production around that answer.

One person, start to finish

You work directly with Arlo through every step. No account managers, no junior handoffs. The same person who hears your brief is the one behind the camera.

Review on your own terms

When your rough cut's ready, you watch it in a private portal and leave timestamped notes. No email chains, no version confusion. Feedback that lands in exactly the right place.

Films built to last

We shoot and edit for longevity, not trend cycles. The kind of content that earns its keep across your website, pitches, and socials for years. Not just a launch week.

How we work

01
Listen

Before a camera comes out, we have a proper conversation — about the brand, who's watching, and what you actually need this video to do. We'd rather spend an hour here than reshoot a day because the brief was off.

02
Shoot

Small crew, real locations, natural light where we can get it. We don't over-direct or over-schedule — if the moment isn't there yet, we wait for it. That patience is usually where the best stuff comes from.

03
Review

When the rough cut's done, you get your own private portal to watch the footage and leave timestamped notes. No email chains, no hunting through threads — just feedback that lands in the right place.

04
Deliver

Final files, every format the brief asks for, labelled and ready to use. It all lives in your portal so nothing gets buried in an inbox six months down the track.

Arlo did a great job for us on a marketing video of our new equipment. I would highly recommend him.
